Financial
Buying a home is definitely among the largest financial transactions one can make in a lifetime — and there is a certain amount of risk associated with it. Choosing a home inspector is important to serve as the buyer's advocate and provide the potential homeowner with knowledge about the property’s condition before finalizing the purchase. They are committed to protecting the potential buyer’s interests.
An accurate home inspection can save thousands of dollars as well as years of regret. Whether you are buying or selling an investment property, home, or commercial property, we believe that everyone deserves to have a clear understanding of the general condition of their investment. We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers.

Real Estate Inspections
A real estate inspection is an independent evaluation of a home's components based on the simple criteria of durability and serviceability. An inspector who does this evaluation is considered credible if there is no personal interest in the outcome of the report. Real estate inspections are designed to provide an educated opinion as to the apparent general condition and makeup of a building.
The inspection is performed on what is visually accessible and is non-intrusive. We provide a report that may contain recommendations for further evaluation by specific professionals with regard to an identified problem. It is not intended to be technically exhaustive. However, it will provide you with the general condition of the property.

Inspections are performed according to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and Chapter 9.3 Sections 7195 through 7199 of Division 3 of the California Business and Professions Code relating to Home Inspections.
